 All sales of software and plugins on udiaudio.com are final. By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of UDI AUDIO and that all decisions made by the UDI AUDIO are final.

UDI AUDIO reserves the right to decline refund if the serial number has been issued, made available to the customer through the user account and/or via email and used to authorize the software. You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.

We will refund with the following conditions:

• There was an illegal or fraud charge on your bank or PayPal account and issued serial numbers have not been used to authorize the software
• Request for refund is made within 14 days of purchase via our contact page
• Refund fee of minimum $10 or at the amount of the payment processing fees, the higher between the two will be deducted from the price paid.
